DCS BGB30-BQR (30" Built-in professional grade stainless steel grill) The DCS professional grill by Fisher Paykel includes two w-shaped heavy duty stainless steel burners rated at 25,000 BTU’s per burner, a large infrared rotisserie rear burner provides controllable searing heat, the rotisserie motor will accommodate up to 50 pounds of meat. NOKFA REVIEW The DCS ceramic rod insert system is the heart of what makes this grill cook so great, it will provide you the entire cooking surface for grilling and evenly distributes the heat throughout the grate surface (no hotspots) and on high this grill taps out at about 700 degrees. It boast a large lower grease tray and its internal grill design with sloped walls and removable parts make for easy clean up and maintenance. We would like to see DCS offer an optional surface grate infrared burner. We get a few customers asking about this option and unfortunately DCS doesn’t offer the option, so if a customer insists on having a lower infrared burner they will have chose another brand of grill. The DCS ceramic rod system works great, just remember to be extra careful when cleaning, if you drop the rod chamber while handling it you will likely break some of the rod inserts and you will not be a happy camper at the cost to replace them.
